Seeds are hailed as some of the most nutrient dense foods we can add to our diet pretty easily. They provide an abundance of proteins, fats, minerals and fibre packed into a tiny little energy packed seed.
Just remember that seeds are the start of a new plant, a new tree will grow out of the tiniest of seeds. Seeds provide the growing seedling with all the energy it requires until it is large enough to make its own energy through photosynthesis.
