Service Description

Raised blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight issues, stress, fatigue, sleeplessness … Men, you deserve to feel good and be well in yourself. Which diet is right for your body? I can combine functional testing with clinical experience to deliver results that speak for themselves. The Men's Health programme consists of a pre-appointment health questionnaire, 2 hour-long consultations and a tailored health care pack to take home, that specifically addresses your dietary and nutritional needs. (2x 1-hr long consultation €120)
