Service Description

Our bodies change as we walk through life. As women in particular, this means what works for us one year won’t work the next as our health concerns change. You may find yourself unduly stressed, tired, bloated, or just want to know how to feed yourself for optimal health. Whether you want to talk about those issues or learn a natural and gentle approach to conditions like PCOS, Endometriosis, Fertility, Menopause or Osteoporosis, come and speak to me. The Women's Health programme consists of a pre-appointment questionnaire, three one-hour long consultations, a health care pack tailored to your needs and follow up email access to me for 3 months. This programme costs €180 and can be booked with me directly.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. We may be forced to charge the full cost if repeat cancelations occur.
